How do I plan something for later?

Tap the input field and choose “Tomorrow” or “Date” below it. With the arrows icon next to them, it repeats daily, weekly or monthly. The start screen only shows how many things are planned. Tap “Tomorrow” or “Coming up” to see, change or delete them.

On its day, a planned thing moves into Today. If more than three are due, Today still shows three, and the next one moves up once you finish something.

How do I move Rakko to a new iPhone?

Open Settings in Rakko (the gear icon at the top right) and tap “Save backup”. Save the file in Files or iCloud Drive. On your new iPhone, install Rakko, open Settings and tap “Load backup”.

Premium isn't part of the backup. On the new iPhone, tap “Restore purchases” and use the same Apple Account.

How do I restore Premium?

Tap “Restore purchases” in Rakko's Settings or on the Premium screen. Use the same Apple Account you bought Premium with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In Rakko's Settings, tap “Manage subscription”. Or open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name and then “Subscriptions”.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, otherwise the subscription renews. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your free week ends, you won't be charged. If you allow notifications, Rakko reminds you two days before the free week ends.

Can I get a refund?

Apple handles all payments, so refunds go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

I missed a day. Is my progress gone?

No. Rakko doesn't do streaks. A missed day breaks nothing, and your days together and your favorite pebbles stay.

How do I turn the daily reminder on or off?

In Rakko's Settings under “Gentle reminder”. You can also choose the time there. If iOS has turned off notifications for Rakko, you can allow them again in the iOS Settings app.

How do I add the widget?

Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, add a widget and choose Rakko. The small widget shows how many things are left, the medium one shows your list. During a focus session, your timer also appears on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

Can I rename my buddy?

Yes, in Rakko's Settings under “Your buddy's name”.

Does Rakko collect my data?

No. Rakko has no account, no ads and no analytics, and everything stays on your iPhone. Details are in the privacy policy.
